This emulsion is not for wall application but for screeding purposes. It is to be used with “earth” and a binder. Dolomite “earth “preferably than normal cement and also ACRYLIC COPOLYMER binder is better and more durable than polyvynil acetate ( PVA, t…bond ) to form a putty for screeding purposes.
